This massive grassfire east of sasoon city burned. Several cows were trapped, but a ranch hand helped free them. It burned its way into the nearby marsh land and seemed to generate more smoke than flames. Fighting fires out here in the marsh and there is tbreen vegetation green vegetation and it smoked more than typical. The smoke snarled traffic along interstate 80 and the northerly winds blew it into the bay area creating a haze across the sky. Meanwhile more than a dozen homes out here were evacuated. Live from the kgo broadcast center, violent road rage leads to a brutal beating so severe witnesses thought the victim might die. And now an exec is accused of taking that too far. Mill Valley Police tell me that last wednesdays assault is still part of an active investigation. They say several witnesses called 911 begging police to get to the scene because the beating that that 40yearold tech was putting on the victim was so severe they feared for his life.
