Reported over 136,000 Different Cases of covid related scams, totaling approximately 90 million in total losses from january 1 to july 20, 2020. More specifically, at home in kansas over this same period of time, consumers report over 500 related cases, totaling 800,000 in financial losses. The San Francisco board of supervisors historic use of laws and policies have targeted and harmed the African American community intentionally and the eventually, and its the cause of Police Brutality and the loss of black lives, and our health and wellness in our community. Defund sfpd. The Police Department has not used the public funding for all of the public good. Greater funding should be directed more intentionally to Community Programs and spaces to strengthen us. I think commissioner chung raises, then, the other issue that president bernal has spoken to, which is these are not the only disparities that we need to address, and that often, we kind of take the disparity of the day, spend a lot of effort in it because we have limited resources and forget the others. And i see this resolution, then, as a means of trying to tie all of these together, including the issues that commissioner chung has raised, which should be part of the work being done on the part of black and black transgenders.
