First, im going to tell you what ive been doing, and then im going to be checking in with some friends and family. Ive been riding my bike. All i take is a pair of gloves and a mask if i come into contact with anyone. I try to ride my bike during the time im sheltering in place. I try to ride for at least 30 minutes. Surfing is my other regular outdoor activity. California state guidelines recommend you dont drive more than ten minutes for a spot to exercise, and although im close to ocean beach, im a bit wary to go there, so im using the time to do some maintenance. Filling in gouges and dings, and sanding it down. Im also repairing holes in my suit. As the board is aware we annually engage in a selfevaluation for the board of directors and also an annual evaluation of the executive director. The Governance Committee met a week ago to review both documents as well as a time line for both processes. As you know, we initiate the selfevaluation first and then follow that four weeks later or so with the executive directors evaluation once we received the executive directors selfevaluation. In reviewing both documents, we did not make any changes in the executive director document. We did modify in the board selfevaluation document a couple of questions. We eliminated one question and we modified the wording on another. So those changes are contained in the attachments sent out in

And i am so happy that today finally kids will be able to play in playgrounds all over San Francisco. This is amazing. And ill tell you that the reason why im so happy, because it is hard for children right now. You know, our private schools have opened and our Public Schools havent. Kids are not in school and theyre in front of a screen on a regular basis. And that is not good for them. We know that its not good for them. Its why i have been putting, of course, as much pressure as i can on the public to do our part to wear our masks and to wash our hands and to socially distance ourselves, and as much as we want to be around each other we have to make sacrifices for our children. So that they can go back to school, so they can play in playgrounds, so they can have a wellrounded life, because just imagine this
