Opponents of abortion are gearing up for the walk for life west coast held in San Francisco tomorrow. Tonight the prolife march comes as the senate will vote monday on a bill to ban abortion after 20 weeks. Amber is live in San Francisco tonight after speaking with both sides about this debate.
