We begin with a deadly terror attack that played out in the historic shopping district. A driver in a van jumps the curb and barrels through the crowd killing 13 and injuring 80 and were learning that a bay area man is missing. Ama dates is off. He allegedly robbed a bank in Scotts Valley. He stole a car and then another Law Enforcement car early this morning which led him here to downtown san jose. Around 4 p. M.
