Right now on the afternoon edition, berkeley and stanfords football teams are trying to find a new home. Thank you for joining us. Im ryan yamamoto. Happening now, a meeting of the uc regents as stanford and cal are trying to jump off a sinking ship that once was the pac12 conference. They currently make up half of what is left in the conference of champions but they are now looking to join the acc. The potential move would leave just Washington State and oregon state in limbo what remains of the pac12. These moves would take effect for the 2024 season. Already, usc, ucla, oregon, washington are joining the big ten. That would bring the total number of schools in the conference to 18. Meanwhile, arizona state, arizona, utah and colorado , they will join the big 12 and that will bring the total number of teams in that conference up to 16. Tonight at a San Francisco Police Release video of a shooting in the bayview Hunters Point area that killed a man that they say was interfering with an arrest. Thanks for joining us tonight at 8. Making their rounds in the neighborhood and spotted the suspect too, had a warrant out for his arrest when bluford intervened. Sfpd released body camera video of a Police Officers. They shot down. 41 yearold bryant bluford. They say he was pacing around and stepping up to officers demanding that they like over suspect. They arrested with an outstanding warrant.
