Novato, the rain has been nonstop. This little pond was bonedry as of thursday. And now its full. In her backyard, she keeps this water gauge. Its currently at 5 inches. Over the weekend it spilled over. A week ago we were under a fire watch. And this week flash flood advisories. Its the same story throughout marin county. Novato pd posted these photos on facebook showing flooded roadways on alameda del prado. By the time we moved through, crews had drained the water and the streets were reopened. More rain is on the way. On highway 101, signs are up asking people to watch for flooding. In san anselmo, the rain has caused the creek to rise. Traffic, busier. Reporter .
