General, because some buildings if San Francisco are not actually building any Parking Spaces and so i would say that the trend today in urban living is not to own a car. That is certainly not the millennial negotiation and i would say this project with one, two bedrooms is probably going to be more millennials or seniors who dont want to have cars.
