Be on the way. Crei. Reporter the latest addition to the states watch list is frustrating for those Business Owners here in the city. As we all know its being done out of an abundance of caution as the cases continue to rise. The county was added to the list after three consecutive days of rising cases. As of midnight sunday malls including westfield and japantown mall are back on lockdown after being open a month. Business owners at japantown say the shutdowns have been tough with retailers spending money to ensure businesses are safe. Some Business Owners say theyre worried they may not be able to survive another round of closures. In addition to some more business closures San Francisco Public Health orders now require private Health Care Providers to take on some of that testing responsibility. Private clinics and hospitals are now obligated to test any highrisk worker like the nurses or those who work in a highly dense environment like hotels. At this point every county in the bay

Tens of thousands of workers are cross the bay area and country for that matter are walking off the job for eight minutes and 46 seconds. Thats how long a Police Officer kneeled on George Floyds neck before he died. Todays protests, taking a stance opposing systemic racism. Nbc bay areas Cierra Johnson is live for us in Mosswood Park in oakland. Whats happening there . Reporter yeah. This rally really just kicked on of a few minutes ago. But folks have been making their way here for about the last hour. This rally is part of a Larger Movement thats taking place in as many as 25 cities across the country today. Organizers expect tens of thousands of everyday workers nationwide like fast food workers, rideshare drivers to walk off the job to make a statement about ongoing cases of Police Brutality and the presence of systemic racism. Reporter most companies are protective of their brandname beds trader joes like to have fun with theirs and its gotten them into a little hot water. Its hard to take anything out trader joes to seriously, not when they have a giant banana greeting at the door. Its a very lighthearted Company Grocery store, the employees are wearing hawaiian shirts and what not i dont think its that big of a deal. Reporter the deal hes talking about is whats written on some of the companies frozen meals. Most products are labeled trader joes but some hispanic foods say trader joses and chinese and japanese foods labeled trader meeting. That does not sit well with this ugly high school student. The central issue is the representation are allowed to be perpetuated. A petition to remove the offending packaging so far more than 3000 people have signed it. Trader joes would not comment for us but have said they are already in the process of changing the packaging anyway and there seems to be evidence of that
