It piled up very quickly and its going to keep piling up into the evening hours. Now, the snow quickly covered area roadways and highways. Plows and salt trucks are out in full force in many areas. This Eyewitness News cam video shows trucks on the ben franklin bridge coming into philadelphia. But there are still many roads out there that are pretty treacherous at this hour. A manhunt is underway now after a shooting in a mcdonalds parking lot followed by a carjacking. Im derek mcginty. Im jan jeffcoat. The search tonight is in woodbridge where gunshots out in the 2800 block of dale boulevard before 7 00. Jim osman is at the scene. Reporter two men at this mcdonalds parking lot behind me on dale boulevard in woodbridge got into an altercation. 1 man was shot in the face. The other got away. It was a possible drug deal gone wrong. We spoke with Prince William county police.
