Contra costa county fire investigators will look into whether the buyer was connected to mondays earthquake. An airquality monitoring station has been deployed and is monitoring any Health Hazard that may remain from the fire. Later today Governor Newsom will be in oakland to unveil a new statewide earthquake warning system. This features an app called, my shake. It uses ground sensors to detect seismic activity. This comes on the 30th anniversary of the loma prieta earthquake. N francisco will be testing its wireless Emergency Alert system. That alert will be sent to all enabled devices in the city this afternoon between 5 15 pm and 5 45 pm. That is this afternoon. There. One is the regular commute at the bay bridge is getting busy if you are coming up on 6 00. We can go to the bay bridge and you can see that traffic is going to be busy which is very typical. I want to tell you about it anyway. Then we have to go to the far east bay to the byron area because there is a grass fire. Camino pablo. There is one way Traffic Control in the area. If you take bascom road you will see it and its going to add to your delays getting out of the byron area. If you are driving out of the tracy area you will see that traffic here is going to be okay if you are driving through. I want to mention on the Golden Gate Bridge approach, southbound 101, there is a crash just outside the Robin Williams tunnel. Southbound onetoone traffic is slow and if you are coming to the Golden Gate Bridge need to add an extra 10 or 15 minutes at least. Lets go back to the desk. There were evacuations and warnings in sonoma, napa and lake county with 90,000 buildings in danger. 80,000 of them are homes and was strong wind expected to kick up again later today, there are big concerns about how much more damage could be done. As the wind changes to the red flag warning northeast flow, it is going to increase the fire behavior to levels we saw when the fire began.
