Reporter Patrick Oneal, just before 1 00 this afternoon, a woman went to check on the People Living in a home on derek drive in santa rosa. Thats when she discovered oneal unconscious in a back bedroom. A 13 month old boy was lying on the floor next to him. The boy was not breathing. Medics began lifesaving efforts, but they were unsuccessful, and the baby was pronounced dead at the scene. Santa rosa police say while there were no obvious signs of d where the child was found.
