Skies are up above. But once you head down into the bay that veil of fog very, very evident across much of the east bay shoreline out towards up into the north bay and out into the carquinez too. Pretty wide coverage here. Conquered out towards ville, a help up through American Canyon through napa. Santa rosa through nevado down the coastline and along the east bay shoreline. These areas are particularly foggy this morning and this maps not exaggerating when it says visibility at 0. It is well below a quarter mile for many areas. We will see big improvements come the late morning and by the afternoon were sitting under some sunshine in the meantime, though, we are under some dense fog advisories from the National Weather Service Across the north bay. But we still do have fog out to the east bay as well. Just not an advisory status in those areas. 50s and 60s for current temps, oakland and san mateo at 60 degrees. Next minute youre in this is what we got in san jose where it is very great down there as well. We are starting to see that fog at least lifting in the south bay. So that means less visibility issues. Still some pockets that are bad, though. We are starting to see about half of the east bay cleared out. The closer you get to the hillsides there. Oh, its nice and sunny, then you drop down close to the bay shore and all the sudden it gets real great. Real quick. Also through the carquinez, some dense fog there and up into the north bay down in the valleys, you head up into the hillsides and its abundantly sunny, then down into the valleys. It is very foggy.
