This subpoena was issued to Robert Mueller to appear in an open session, a joint session between the House Intelligence Committee and Judiciary Committee on july 17th. We are told he will, in fact, come but this is the condition Robert Mueller told the committees he would not come even and was formally issued a subpoena. He would stick to the four corners of his report. If you remember his statement he released a report sometime ago he would not go beyond what was in the report and the report spoke for itself.
