Browning is a business owner and popular Anderson City Councilman who could give Baugh a serious challenge.

Browning launched his campaign last week.
Baugh, a church pastor, was first elected in 2006, replacing Trish Clarke, who chose not to seek re-election after four terms as District 5 supervisor.
“I think it’s time to figure out how to work together and get things accomplished,” Browning said and points to his seven years on the Anderson City Council as an example.
