The Arizona Attorney general is investigating after he got hundreds of complaints over weather sharpie pens caused ballots to be canceled. Claimed Election Officials improperly counted absentee ballots. The president s lead is shrinking to about 13,000 votes. There are about 50,000 votes left to be counted not including some ballots with exceptions and military votes that have until tomorrow to be verified. In michigan a judge dismissed President Trumps lawsuit over whether enough gop challengers had access to handling of absentee ballots. Cbs news projects joe biden to win michigan.
