Is there any legal basis for these plans he is making . Reporter as far as the recounts, there certainly is a legal basis. We know in wisconsin as long as there is a margin between the victor and loser of less than 1 , a recount is allowed. There was recount in wisconsin and two other states in 2016 you will remember. Of course the recounts did not change the outcome of the president ial election. The lawsuits he is filing are a bit more vague. We know in pennsylvania and georgia he is filing to have these poll workers stop counting votes and in those states he is ahead of joe biden. So then you look at the other states like arizona and nevada where he is trailing biden and there are no lawsuits being filed there. I think that it is unclear, i suppose, how these opposing positions are going to play out in court and how legal scholars and how the courts especially as it rises potentially to Supreme Court is going to take this. It is also a difficult legal battle because the votes that are being counted are legal votes. They were post marked either on or before election day. They have every right to be counted. Anne.
