Green s afraid of anything that has to do with needles, she said. But her pastor, the Rev. Kimberly McMichael of Greater Gaines Chapel AME Church convinced her to come. As a matter of fact, she called and made the appointment, said Green as she awaited her shot with a touch of trepidation.

Kingdom Life Christian Fellowship has officially been transformed into a COVID-19 vaccine clinic. Itâs thanks to a unique partnership to bring the vaccine directly to the community.
âMany of the elderly canât get out or they canât get online to put their name online. Itâs a problem for many elderly and so making it available through the churches is an excellent idea,â said Evelyn Cruse of Pooler.
