Watching kron 4 news at 9. Now at 9 a steady drop in coronavirus cases across the state has cleared the way in 9 counties for the wider reopening of businesses and that includes most of the bay area good evening, everybody thanks for being here at 9 oclock, im grant lotus and im Vicki Liviakis alameda. San mateo and solano counties received the green light to move forward with reopening. Those counties were added to the red or second tier of the states colorcoded for tier ranking system. This category means that there were 4 to 7 daily new cases per 100,000 residents or a 5 to 8 Positivity Rate with the addition of these counties every bay area county is now in the red tier except for contra costa and sonoma counties but contra costas Health Director says they are on track to enter the red tier next week. And as more businesses reopen a Northern California private School System run by the diocese of sacramento has applied for a waiver to allow in Person Instruction in Solano County as
