San jose police now investigating a pair of unrelated crashes, one involving a man who drove right into a crowd of diners. Abc 7 News Reporter chris nguyen has the story. Reporter this video shows the aftermath of what San Jose Police are calling a tragic accident in which a 69yearold man plowed into diners gathered for dim sum on saturday afternoon. Right now all eindications talking to witnesses is he thought he was using his brake but accelerated. Reporter the driver crashed into this Outdoor Dining space operated by the dynasty seafood chinese restaurant. Eight people taken to the hospital. Two remain in critical condition.
