On charges including suspicion of felony battery and inflecting injury in a incident that took place tuesday afternoon near the school of law. He is held on 1,000 bail. The Athletic Department issued a statement saying we are aware of the incident, we are tracking the case and fully cooperating with the Police Department in its investigation. He has been suspected from the team pending further information. Violent mugging, the suspect came up from behind and attacked the victim, knocking there the ground but that woman got back up and started chasing after him.
