At 8 this morning Hayward Police will gather at headquarters and make their way here to oracle arena. Theyre expected to be on hand by 9 this morning when the gates open. Officers from around the bay area and country will be here to lend their support and pay their respects. The ceremony to honor Sergeant Lunger is set to begin at 10 and expected to last about two hours. Following the ceremony there will be a helicopter flyover.
