Sources tell news 4 that james burke today will plead guilty to a number of criminal charges. He was arrested in december on two charges of obstruction of bu stice and civil rights violations. He resigned from the department while under investigation by federal agents. Hes been behind bars without bail since his arrest. The judge saying he was a danger to the community and could influence other Law Enforcement officers to act on his behalf.
