Police allege the man approached a 34-year-old local woman on a thoroughfare between Noosa Parade and Hastings Street about 5.20am on April 18 before grabbing her and attempting to push her to the ground. Police said the woman managed to struggle free and fled to a nearby business where police were immediately called.
