The man who says he was sexually abused by Jerry Sandusky in a penn state shower 15 years ago is sticking by his story. Sanduskys lawyer challenged the accuser during an appeal hearing in bellefont today. Confronting him with a 2011 statement in which he told police he hadnt been bruised. The man later changed his story and won a civil settlement against penn state. Today was the first time he testified in the case. Sandusky was convicted on charges of abusing 10 boys. Todays testimony is part of sanduskys fight to have his conviction overturned. On your radar tonight, things are getting a little more seasonal. Thats when police say jensen saw Randolph Davidson assaulting kellie harris. Jensen fired shots from his handgun hitting davidson. Davidson later died at the hospital. Harris suffered multiple stab wounds and underwent surgery at wake med. We spoke with neighbors who were shocked. No charges have been filed against jensen.
