The man who says he was sexually abused by Jerry Sandusky in a penn state shower 15 years ago is sticking by his story. Sanduskys lawyer challenged the accuser during an appeal hearing in bellefont today. Confronting him with a 2011 statement in which he told police he hadnt been bruised. The man later changed his story and won a civil settlement against penn state. Today was the first time he testified in the case. Sandusky was convicted on charges of abusing 10 boys. Todays testimony is part of sanduskys fight to have his conviction overturned. On your radar tonight, things are getting a little more seasonal. Road when a man walks up to her, grabs her by the arm, drags her behind these buildings and into that wooded area where you see police are right now where you see wooded area near septa train tracks. Police say once the man got the woman back there, he began ripping off her clothes, he began taking down his pants before she was able to break free and call police. Police were able to get here within minutes. They found the guy on his bicycle just a couple blocks away on state road. The victim ided the man as he was are a revved. Investigatorings believe he may have planned this attack because they found a blanket and some Water Bottles at the scene. The mail grabbed her by her arm, forced her to walk behind businesses into a wooded area where this mail had blanket and forced her on to the blanket then tried to forcibly remove her clothing then he began to fondle her, touch her inappropriately, asked her to remove all her clothing. Thats when she fought back. And she was able to get away
