Hurricane matthew in the caribbean right now but were already getting ready for the storm in North Carolina. Good evening, im tisha powell. And im steve daniels. cuba and haiti are in the path right now. And it could bring devastation and matthew could end up here by the weekend. So, governor mccrory declared a state of emergency for the entire abc 11 viewing area. A total of 66 counties are under that order. The Emergency Operations center is activated.
