INDIAN LAND, S.C. (WBTV) - From parts of Union County all the way to Fort Mill, people living in the neighborhoods are asking âWhatâs that smell?â

It is a smell so strong it is almost indescribable.
âMy daughter said is that sulfur,â said Justin Francis, who lives in the Legacy Park neighborhood.

ROCK HILL, S.C. (WBTV) - The delay of vaccine delivery has forced a vaccination clinic to close for one day on Wednesday in Rock Hill.
Officials say delivery of the vaccine supply is delayed this week due to the Presidents Day federal holiday.
This leads to the need to close the clinic on Wednesday, Feb. 17 and reschedule second dose appointments that day to Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021.

ROCK HILL, S.C. (WBTV) -Thousands of students in Rock Hill Schools will be going to a new school soon.
The Rock Hill School Board decided to close three elementary schools within the district.
Rosewood, Belleview and Finley Road elementary schools will shut their doors at the end of the school year.
The school board says there are two reasons for it.
It will save the district $25 million.
