Latest alleged beating victim here at the jail suffered a head injury and cuts, he says at the hands of deputies. This is the latest inmate who said correctional deputies beat him. His attorney has filed a lawsuit against Santa Clara County as well as the deputies, the lawsuit alleges if he didnt admit to and infraction he says he didnt commit, the deputies would shake down housing where gang members stay and tell them it was because of information he shared.
