Latest alleged beating victim here at the jail suffered a head injury and cuts, he says at the hands of deputies. This is the latest inmate who said correctional deputies beat him. His attorney has filed a lawsuit against Santa Clara County as well as the deputies, the lawsuit alleges if he didnt admit to and infraction he says he didnt commit, the deputies would shake down housing where gang members stay and tell them it was because of information he shared. The men were riding in a car when shot before 12 30 this afternoon. A growing Police Scandal is calling greater calls for action. Responding to accusations their officers had sex with the same young woman, the daughter of a police dispatcher. Reporter we understand the young woman at the center of this investigation is being interviewed by investigators today, and in the meantime we have learned each department is dealing with the scandal in its own way. Were just learning that some of the oakland investigation were linked to several Police Officer whos worked here. The accusations from an 18yearold teen she had sex with more than two dozen Police Officers. Some, when she was a juvenile.
