The 49ers number 49, bruce miller is facing legal trouble after Santa Clara Police arrested the 27yearold fullback thursday night, just before midnight at an undisclosed location on suspicion of battery. Miller lives in santa clara, and got engaged last fall. Even though this is a misdemeanor case. The police, because theres a 49er involved are going to take this very seriously. Reporter steven clark is a former prosecutor with the Santa Clara County District Attorney office. And notes felony charges come when there are physical injuries. This probably did not involve significant injuries, but it did involve a physical altercation between the couple.
