Hospital reported to medicare and medicaid cms the agency that gives the programs 2 over dose that occurred. We reported those and do so as a matter of patient care quality. Reported those over doses triggered a survey process for the hospital. We took corrective actions to address the issues that had lead to those nonfatal over doses, in this process, there were a number of other issues identified and republican out of time to correct those and do a plan of correction before the regular period closed.
