The westbound lanes of i80 between solano and contra costa counties has been closed. Caltrans expecting to reopen them tuesday morning. But those returning to the bay area today will face a detour around the roadwork kron. 4 Charles Clifford has an update on that work being done. Charles . Yeah. Caltrans says that they are on schedule to reopen westbound tomorrow morning. However, we are starting to see some backup on the detour which goes through benicia and that could get worse as we head into the evening hours.
