You are see some passing high clouds, but no fog across the east bay this morning. Only spot youre seeing that cool ocean air is right up and down the coastline. That means anyone along the bayshore inland. Youre going to see temperatures, shorts or a soaring here really quickly, warmed up still for much 60s 70s for your current temperatures.
