Discovery made by a dog walker outsidelands was going on over the weekend. And the question is, you know, is there some kind of a connection kron fours will tran has been following this live in San Francisco all morning long. We want to take a look at the video that we have of the location where this bag was found. And again, it was pretty close to where the stage area was where so many thousands over the weekend had gathered for this festival. And so thats kind of what were seeing this morning is investigators that the place is in court enough anymore. Theyve done there. Their search of evidence overnight. So the scene is now clear. But again, this was just a head scratcher. Police want to know what it was the circumstances around why this womans body was put into a duffel bag and left it department. You see all those flowers there that stopped. It was in that particular area that a dog walker was going through here at around 7. 25. Last night when that dog walker discovered the duffel bag, know, let me quickly pull up a map. You see, you know, my location. This is at fulton and 22nd avenue just outside of Golden Gate Park. The festival did not wrap up until 9. 40, on sunday night. Let me show you the video once again, investigators they came out here apparently was not any festival goer. It was a dog walker just Walking Around here. And yes, the sun was up at the time. So for particular reason, we dont know whether it was the dog that alerted the owner or the owner saw the duffel bag. But we do know that around 7. 30, last night. Thats when investigators came here. This shutdown, this area, they look for evidence. They were here for hours at this particular point. They either dont know or not saying a possible motive or the persons name. We dont know the state of the body inside a duffel bag and it was the news agency, the San Francisco standard that is reporting that the woman was found inside a duffel bag. Not exactly sure if it was body that was just there for a couple of hours or it was decompose. So we still are still looking for more answers in all of this. But at this particular point, chains and area. No arrests have been made. And as you can clearly see, this pass has been cleared. Investigators left this area and it is now clear for people to walk through here. But of course, at one time this was crime scene. Of course, this is a homicide investigation. Back to you. That was around 11 oclock in the same block where that body was found this is video from our crew at the scene at that time was still trying to confirm exactly what happened if anybody was hurt. But there were 2 people who were transported by ambulance to the hospital. Police are investigate is sideshow. That happened near sonoma boulevard and lemon street yesterday morning. Take a look. And thats really going to help us out is wheres our feels like temperatures will be. We didnt see a lot of the ocean cool there this weekend. Notice the direction of those clouds moving away from the coastline from our inland areas out towards the coast. And that is pushed that warm air from inland areas right here into the bay. And one of the reasons that today is set to be the hottest of the rest of the forecast that is going to warm one for San Francisco and at the coast with 60s and 70s, then downright hot about everywhere else. Burlingame at 88 degrees, carlos through woodside in the 90s today. 90s as well for the south bay with san jose at 93 degrees east bay temperatures, mostly 80s 90s. A new survey from credit karma finds that 56 of borrowers say that theyre going to have to choose between making their loan payment or covering basic needs like rent and groceries. The biden remains were found on saturday as crews were searching for her. The 17 yearold girl was reported missing more than a month ago. Now, currently the City Employees around 6600 workers, which means around half of them would be at the picket lines. And this includes 911, dispatchers librarians airport workers, city inspectors, sanitation specialist the list goes on. Its even going to affect some things that the shelter, san jose mayor matt mahan, says that he may have to shut down the citys animal care shelter to help cover the cost of the 3 day strike. Last week, the 2 sides were about 20 Million Dollars apart in the salary negotiations. But union reps say overnight the city has made a proposal that lean significantly towards its needs. But ultimately, city workers say theyve been asked to do more work with less pay. The san jose mayor says that it is possible that the citys budget projection could be a big conservative, but also he says he doesnt want the city to get into more debt.
