They are using the 2018 party as an excuse disease the house. That is our contention. Reporter it was an infamous gathering were seven people claimed they were drugged at what was then the Sigma Chi Fraternity open house party. After investigations the claims turned out to be unproven and no drugging charges were filed. The local chapter lost its charter until 2021. The house is been renamed when it house is not fraternity students which technically is a violation of the Lease Agreement the says there has to be Fraternity Members in the house.
