The retailers say despite its best efforts, it cant operate those stores safely. Ive seen people run out with products and security just kind of, hey, and thats all they can really do. Ive been here a few times. You see them walk right out while were waiting in line to pay. Reporter pittsburg shoppers describe what has become a common experience. Sometimes i see security try to stop people and have to wrestle people. Ive seen fights happen in the store. Reporter target says theyve beefed up security, adding thirdparty guard services, and theyve locked up items so theyre not as easy to steal, but the organized crime has continued. But this is part of a very large storm system thats churning up some waves off the coast, producing a high amount of rain for areas farther to the north, as we take a look at northern california, seeing some decent downpours. And then this is what were seeing across the bay area. So not nearly as much. But we are going to see some wet activity this morning, with some light showers, and then the rest of the day is clearing out as our temperatures reach into the upper 70s and low 80s.
