A man shot and wounded in broad daylight. Police believe its case of road rage. It happened this morning after two cars nearly collided. Chris sanchez joins us live at the scene with more on why police arent releasing a description of the shooter. Chris. Reporter it was a busy time of day on a busy road. There were several witnesses who stopped right in the middle of the roadway and gave police descriptions of the suspect and the suspects vehicle.
