Its alleged that struss then killed anastasia and the lovein lover in the home. It was revealed that struss had time to walk away and spent 24 hours waiting outside the home for the right time to strike. Neither of the victim had come back friday night. On sunday evening mr. Struss waited outside the house for the appropriate time. And went in and committed the murders. The Prosecutor Says it is important to him because it proves premeditation in the murder. Among those to ran into the home was a man who crawled his way through the smoke and pulled an unconscious woman out to safety.
