People in two bay area counties are told they are required to wear masks in public. Fremonts mayor announced an executive order for people to cover their faces in public or fined 100. Abc7 news was at the scene at ellis and taylor streets this all started around 7 00 yesterday morning. Police were responding to the report of a man with a knife.
