New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Saturday (January 2) launched a new housing scheme, with 1,355 flats on offer, mostly in the High-Income Group (HIG) and Middle-Income Group (MIG) categories. The flats for sale are at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj localities of the national capital.
The scheme is completely online through DDA s newly developed AWAAS software, from the processing of the application to possession of flats, a senior official said.

The Delhi Development Authority will launch its housing scheme for 2021 on Saturday. Sale of 1,354 flats, mostly in the High-Income Group (HIG) or Middle-Income Group (MIG), are on offer in this scheme. The application process, payment and issuance of possession letters will be done online. The buyer will have to visit DDA only during execution of the deed. Applications done through the AWAAS software will remain active till February 16.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Saturday will launch its 2021 housing scheme with nearly 1,350 flats on offer, mostly in the High-Income Group (HIG) and Middle-Income Group (MIG) categories.
Under the scheme, the processing of applications and possession of flats will be done through the newly developed AWAAS software of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The applications under the scheme will remain active till February 16, the DDA said.

The scheme is linked to the credit-linked subsidy scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana â Housing for All (Urban) and will offer flats at Dwarka, Jasola, Mugal Puri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj.
According to the reports, this is the fourth housing scheme after the DDA rolled out three unsuccessful housing schemes. The flats this year are, hence, located in well-connected areas. DDA had earlier in 2019 put 18,000 flats on sale but had to reduce it to 10,294 as the scheme did not get the desired response. Despite receiving 45,012 applications, it could only sell 8,438 flats and 6000 flats have been returned.
