New Delhi: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is all set to launch a housing scheme on Saturday (January 2) for the sale of over 1,300 flats mostly in the High-Income Group (HIG) and Middle-Income Group (MIG) categories. The flats for sale are at Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Rohini and Vasant Kunj localities of the national capital.
Note that after three consecutive unsuccessful housing schemes, DDA is hoping these spacious flats situated in well-connected areas of Delhi elicits a good response. A total of 1,354 flats will be launched out of which 230 are HIG flats in Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Jasola, and 704 are MIG category flats in Jasola and Dwa
