We decided to do this exhibition for many reasons, one of which i think its a real important moment to be talking about the role of the federal government in providing Public Health and providing healthcare for the mentally ill. And what that role has been over time. I think this is an interesting time to talk about that. Also, right now, at st. Elizabeths in d. C. , its really a time where theyre looking to develop the land. Its now split into two halves, the federal government owns half of it and it will become the department of Homeland Security, which is something thats happening right now and also development is really starting on the east campus, which is owned by the city of washington, d. Reporter Police Agencies from santa rosa, Alameda County reporting to me that they had no major issues with the curfew overnight. And were here on University Avenue where a lot of restaurants will be serving for a few more hours before curfew begins. Of course not every county is part of the curfew. 5 00 p. M. Through december 31st. Covid19 business call center. Reporter Santa Clara County wants the public to call this covid hotline to report any curfew violators. South bay police agenccies are tweeting the same number. We havent receive complainted in the Emergency Operation center regarding the curfew. Reporter that could change as we head into the holiday season. Santa clara county still with one of the highest covid rates in the state. We continue to see this increase of this rate, hospitals are going to reach Maximum Capacity in three weeks. Reporter in neighboring San Mateo County, the numbers are better, remained in red tier with no curfew. Thats where some people are getting confused. This is the spot where San Mateo County ends and Santa Clara County begins so, in other words, curfew no curfew. I think its kind of stupid, one has it, the other one should too.
