Yeah it was at about 1140 this morning a call came in to Concord Police. They then called bart police here in this parking lot, Yellow Police tape was set up where the incident happened. An isolated corner of the second story of the concord, bart parking garage. A bart officer collecting evidence and placing markers in this empty corner. A suspect apparently got away on a county connection bus, but both bart and Concord Police surrounded the bus next to the sun valley mall where a juvenile suspect was taken into custody. No word as if there are other suspect. In addition to collecting evidence, bart reports the reviewing Surveillance Video from security cameras as part of their investigation.
