Following developing news in the peninsula. Northbound cal Train Service has just resumed in millbrae after a death on the tracks. The Southbound Service is stopped. Cal train says a pedestrian was struck and killed near Center Street in millbrae about 9 30 knocking out power to the southbound train which left passengers stranded on board. Engineers have fixed the power problem but the scene has yet to be cleared. San Leandro Police say a group of vandals are becoming increasingly violent, shooting at pedestrians and terrorizing a community. Marianne favro has more.
