A man is in Critical Condition and undergoing surgery after he was hit by a car while crossing the street in San Francisco. It happened just after 7 30 this morning here on 20th avenue near stoern grove. Good afternoon. Im tori campbell. This accident comes on the same day that San Francisco police and chp officers are out in full force to crack down on traffic violaters.
