At Seneca Meadows, wearing PPE is part of our everyday ritualistic behaviors as we head out the door for our daily work. What is PPE? PPE is personal protective equipment. For us our basic PPE is hard hat, safety glasses, high visibility vest / clothing, work gloves and steel toed work boots. There are times when other enhanced personal protective equipment is necessary such as ear protection or specialized shields. At home PPE is just as important for everyday tasks especially with spring cleaning on our minds and honey do lists.

Mid Ulster District Council have agreed to write to the office of First Minister and Deputy First Minister to raise concerns over a proposed British government office in Northern Ireland.
Councillors last week held a length discussion in response to a motion brought by Sinn Féin councillor Córa Corry, who branded the move a power grab and an attempt to undermine devolution .
“It should be alarming to all elected representatives that the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government plans to open an office in Belfast,” Cllr Corry told the meeting.

We have covered this concept in the past – safely walking on ice and snow. It’s called the penguin shuffle. It is the final offensive push, or last line of defense depending upon your perspective. The snow has been shoveled, and the salt has been applied. Your boots have good treads, and now walking like a penguin is the best way to avoid a slip and fall that might only be embarrassing, but likely to be far worse. And please remember your COVID related personal hygiene essentials when leaving the house – mask and sanitizer.
Critical: Jim Allister was unhappy about the way media ‘cosied up’ to Foster early on
The Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) scandal, which first came to wider public attention in December 2016, dominated her leadership for the next three years. Despite the subsequent inquiry finding no evidence of corruption, there is sustained speculation in DUP ranks about how long Foster will stay at the helm.
Some see a challenge next year from Agriculture Minister Edwin Poots. Others believe that Foster may choose to walk away with a likely seat in the House of Lords more attractive than constant firefighting at Stormont.
When she was installed as First Minister in January she knew it was literally her last chance to restore her political reputation. She has tried hard to reinvent herself and to remove the toxicity around her personally and brand DUP.
