British lawmaker david davies shot this cell phone as he learned of the attack. He ran through the Parliament Building yelling for people to get back and get to safety. We now know a man from utah was one of the people killed. Teri okita reports. Reporter forensic investigators examined the crime scene Near Parliament one day after a deadly terror rampage that now includes one american fatality. The family said online that kirk cochran of utah was celebrating his 25th anniversary with his wife who was injured. A 43yearold teacher from spain and 15year veteran Police Officer keith palmer were also killed. Police have now identified the attacker as 52yearold Khalid Masoud born in kent.
