They are basically coming back and saying we wont let you stop us. We are hearing from the british Prime Minister theresa may. Very defiant speech there to the house of commons saying britains freedoms and liberties would remain undiminished and also saying that we are not afraid. And i mean i dont want to say it is silly but it happened here a lot. Reporter on thursday, police served seven warrants at Ben Franklin High School one at franklin learning center, one in north philadelphia and last in an unknown location. Officers are waiting for an arrest warrant for 18 yearold ben franklin student, the only one who would be charged as an adult. School dismissal time has become a period for Youth Violence. We have kid causing pain and fear among other kid. Reporter as a result of the recent Youth Violence at septa stations transit officers will be assigned to ride every subway train at School Dismissal time. Septa plans to roll roll out a text line to allow the public to quickly notify police of incidents like these. This isnt a septa problem but this is a philadelphia problem with our youth. It starts with the the parents and family and people would take more care of their kid and how they raise them things would be better. Reporter now all 10 teens in custody face
