Our CorrespondentKohima, June 11 (EMN): Nagaland Agriculture Production Commissioner (APC), Y Kikheto Sema, inaugurated a new Sumi cemetery in Kohima at Keyake (BSF Camp) Colony on Saturday. Mentioning that Nagas and the Christians alike give importance to graveyards, Kikheto Sema stated that the state’s former chief minister, KL Chishi and family, donated the land to Kohima Sumi Hoho (KSH) to fulfill the burning desire of the people. He has acknowledged the magnanimity of the P Khel of the Kohima village for allowing them to set up the cemetery within their jurisdiction. He further commended the leadership of KSH president, Khevito T Shohe, and his team for making the project a success.
